openID attributes and syntax

For some reasons openID project didn't took excessive care of existing naming conventions and identity schemes. The syntax is either "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#normalizedString" or "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#anyURI", much less rigorous than LDAP syntax.

Additional attributes from openosi.schema, specific to openID or not used in others address books.
