cardKeyHash is also defined in NOVELL space with OID 2.16.840.1.113719.1.1.4.1.666.667 (as indicated by bandit-project)with an error in objectclass cardspaceperson OID.

cardKeyHash is used by bandit-project JNDI context provider. It contains a Hash that openosi named osiPrivatePersonalIDhash. It is also intended to support HIGGINS project I-card_Interface. See also the HIGGINS context provider

objectGUID is used in environment properties by HIGGINS context provider along with authentication type, principal and credentials.
